Return criteria and condition
Rugs and carpets may be returned or exchanged for a different size or design when they are unused, unsoiled, and in their original condition. Please keep the item with its original packaging and labels intact. Replacements are arranged within the timeframe stated at the time of your order, subject to stock availability.
Every rug is different in weave and color, so please review your order when it arrives. If a rug does not suit your room, contact us so we can confirm whether it meets the return criteria and arrange a suitable exchange.

How to start a return

Send your order number and a short note on the rug you would like to return or exchange. Our team will confirm whether it meets the return criteria.

Pack the rug carefully
Roll the rug with its original packaging and labels intact, keeping it clean and dry. Our team will confirm the packing steps with you before pickup.

Schedule collection
Agree on a pickup time with our team. Once the rug is collected and inspected, we will coordinate the replacement or next steps with you.
